Government types affect life chances

Home > Righteousness > Government types affect life chances

Righteousness in civil government is centred in the principle of human equality. The type of government that operates in a country is a major factor in determining the life chances of the people living in that country. Many of the choices we make routinely and take for granted in free societies could be made for us without our input and regardless of our preferences if we were governed by a dictator.

Differences between nations

The difference between nations that are relatively free and prosperous and those that are not is not due to inherent differences in ethnicity, climatic conditions, natural resources or genetic endowments but rather due to the underlying principles that are applied in the way they organize and manage their affairs. Principles are greater than people and success as a nation is not based on who we are but based on what we stand for and practice.
